Office hours are 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Monday - Friday for billing related inquiries and payments. Our staff works in the field in the afternoons 1 p.m. -4 p.m. Monday - Thursday. If calling outside of regular business hours for non-emergency related items, our answering service will receive your message and your call will returned the next business day. If calling outside of regular business hours to report a service outage or other water service concern not including billing related cut-offs, our answering service will take your message and one of our staff will return your call as soon as we can.

Online bill pay is available at www.abs.us.com. You will need your account number including the "-" (hyphen), if applicable. Payments can be made over the phone at either the Automated Billing Systems or Wildwood Water Company phone numbers from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., M-F. There is a $5.00 convenience fee applied to online and phone payments. If mailing checks or dropping off payments, please mail to the address above.
